In early 2024, I moved to Manila, Philippines, where I encountered a situation
involving property damage caused by a recent typhoon. Wanting to assist the owner and taking the initiative to organize and address the urgent repairs.
This experience highlighted an opportunity to help homeowners enhance the
quality of their investments. Additionally, my experience working with Filipinos
in New Zealand inspired me to create opportunities and foster collaboration
within the local construction industry.
